The CEPIC annual event at a glance
Every year, CEPIC brings together the global visual media industry for three days of learning, networking and business development. While each event has its own theme, reflecting the most important topics shaping our industry, the programme is built around a number of core experiences that delegates return for year after year.
Conference Programme
Each year's programme explores a different theme, tackling the opportunities and challenges facing the visual media industry. Through keynote presentations, expert panel discussions, workshops and member-led sessions, delegates gain valuable insights from industry leaders, legal experts, technology specialists and fellow CEPIC members.
Virtual Attendance
Can't join us in person? Our virtual conference pass allows delegates from around the world to take part in the conference remotely, with access to live sessions and discussions, ensuring you can still be part of the conversation wherever you are.
Speed Dating
One of the most popular features is our rapid-fire & very fun Speed Dating sessions. Through a series of quick introductions, participants can meet potential partners, clients and collaborators beyond their scheduled meetings, often leading to valuable conversations throughout the event.
Table Area
At the very heart of every CEPIC event is our dedicated Table Area, featuring no fewer than 40 tables. This is where much of the event's activity takes place, providing delegates with a professional space to hold meetings, showcase their businesses and strengthen relationships with partners from across the industry.
Industry Party
We believe great business relationships continue beyond the conference room. Each event concludes with our annual Industry Party, giving delegates the opportunity to unwind, celebrate the week's successes and continue networking in a relaxed and luxurious setting.
