CEPIC 2026 will once again bring together the global visual media licensing community for three days of discussion, networking, and collaboration at a time of significant industry change.
This year’s programme is built around the central theme “AI: Challenge as Opportunity”, reflecting the growing role of artificial intelligence across the visual media landscape. Across more than 15 conferences and workshops, sessions will explore how AI is already shaping productivity, rights management, distribution, and decision-making, while also addressing the legal, ethical, and commercial challenges facing the industry.
Beyond the conference programme, CEPIC 2026 will feature its established networking formats, including the Table Area, Speed Dating sessions, Pitch Forums, and Lounge Spaces, creating multiple opportunities for both structured and informal meetings throughout the event.
CEPIC 2026 is open to both CEPIC members and non-members, and welcomes professionals from across the visual media ecosystem, including agencies, content owners, technology providers, legal experts, policy specialists, and industry service providers.
