Below is the letter that was sent to Deputy Permanent Representatives, copyright experts of the working group as well as key people from DG CNNCT (C. Bury, G. Abbamonte, M. Giorello), Cabinets (Jorgen Gren, Eric Peters and Manuel Mateo) and Pauline Rouch from the EC Secretariat General. It highlights the main causes of concerns, in hopes that the ambassador we recognize them and alters them to create a balanced market for creators.
