Véronique Delforge is Team Leader at the EUIPO Observatory on Infringements of Intellectual Property Rights, where she leads the work on copyright within the EUIPO Copyright Knowledge Centre. She previously worked at the European Commission and the Belgian Intellectual Property Office as a copyright legal expert. She has also gained experience in IP through positions in Belgian universities and law firms, representing IT and creative industries and advising on IPRs strategies.
