Ritch Sibthorpe founded specialist AI licensing and partnerships advisory, Muwzo, in 2023. Muwzo specialises in advising clients from the creative industries on licensing premium works for generative AI training and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG). He previously led international licensed music partnerships at Meta. With over two decades’ experience across digital business development, licensing, marketing and revenue development, Ritch has also held senior roles at The Walt Disney Company and Warner Music Group. A qualified journalist, Ritch graduated from the University of Oxford with a Master’s Degree in Literature and Arts, and began his career in public relations working with clients including Barclays, BBC, News Corp and PwC.
