Philippe works on digital rights with creative enterprises, service providers, trade and standardisation bodies, law firms, and government agencies. As an innovation trailblazer, he assembles and leads prestigious multi-disciplinary teams to initiate, create and operate ground-breaking solutions. He co-authored the Study on “Copyright and new technologies” published by the European Commission in 2022 and is building a Copyright Data Exchange with the Valunode team. Philippe is also an advisor at the ISCC Foundation, and an expert at BSI and ISO/JPEG Trust working on the standardisation of media provenance, attribution, policies, and tokenisation. In 2025, he co-authored the Report on “Interoperable, trustworthy, and machine-readable copyright data in the AI era” with the Copyright Infrastructure Task Force initiated by the Estonian and Finnish governments. His work on the expression of AI-related reservations has been presented at WIPO and the European Multi-Stakeholder Platform on ICT Standardisation.
