Summary of first two sessions: There is a still a palpable tension between representatives of the rights holders and the platforms. Rights holders look forward to working with platforms: they expect them to take licenses and implement technology. Platforms too say they want to collaborate ; however they are worried about costs and continue to position themselves as passive intermediaries.
