The creative image agency Mauritius Images, which operates in German-speaking countries and Europe, has taken over exclusive licence distribution for visual content from the renowned image agency Alamy in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as of 1 January 2026. Alamy, based in the UK, offers one of the world's largest databases of royalty-management (RM) and royalty-free (RF) images.
Customers from art buying, picture editing and creative agencies can now license Alamy's high-quality content through the experienced German-speaking team at Mauritius Images, giving them access to a pool of currently 460 million first-class images and videos on a wide range of topics, including current affairs.
