Frankfurt am Main, 1 July 2025 – EPA Images has appointed Giovanna Castañeda as its new Marketing & Communication Manager. In this role within EPA Images’ Sales and Marketing department, she will develop and execute a multi-platform marketing and communications strategy, working closely with the agency’s management.
Castañeda brings more than a decade of experience in journalism, marketing, and communications, with a strong international focus. Prior to joining EPA Images, she worked at Omnicom Media Group in London, developing and implementing data-driven communication campaigns for major brands.
A Peruvian national, Castañeda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from UniversidadJaime Bausate y Meza in Lima as well as a Master’s degree in Media, Communication and Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE). In Peru, she worked as a political and investigative reporter for the national daily newspaper El Comercio.
