CEPIC Extraordinary General Meeting

CEPIC is holding Extraordinary General Meeting on Monday, 13 October 2025 from 10:00 to 11:00 CET, inviting full and associate members to register via Eventbrite.

The key items are the election of a new Board for the 2025–2027 term and a discussion on proposed changes to the membership fee structure.

Welcome and Introduction (05:00)

• Opening     remarks, review of meeting objectives, and confirmation of quorum for the     CEPIC Extraordinary General Meeting

Board Elections for 2025-2027 Term (35:00)

• Presentation     of candidates, candidate statements, voting procedure explanation, and     execution of the election process for the new CEPIC Board.

Membership Fee Structure Discussion (15:00)

• Review     of current fee structure, presentation of proposed changes, and open  discussion on membership fee adjustments. Agreement will be subject to     another general meeting

Closing and Next Steps (05:00)

• Summary     of election results, agreed actions on fee structure, and timeline for  implementation
