CEPIC 2026 Website Updated: Programme Now Live & Call for Speakers and Sponsors

We’re pleased to announce that the CEPIC 2026 website has been updated, giving you an early look at what’s shaping up to be a dynamic and thought-provoking conference in Valencia, Spain, from 6th - 8th May 2026.

Under the theme “AI Challenge as an Opportunity”, CEPIC 2026 will bring together visual media professionals from across the globe to explore how AI, copyright, ethics, security, and new business models are transforming our industry. The newly published programme outline reflects three full days of networking, debate, and collaboration, with a strong focus on practical insights and future-facing discussions.

What’s new on the CEPIC 2026 website?

You can now explore:

Programme highlights include:

  • Speed Dating sessions following last year’s hugely successful launch
  • Panels and keynotes on AI and copyright, ethical and responsible AI, press publishers’ rights, misinformation and verification, and AI security and productivity
  • Practical workshops exploring AI-powered tools across production, metadata, search, and ingestion
  • Pitch forums giving companies the chance to showcase solutions in areas such as AI security, productivity, and content protection

Call for speakers and sponsors

While the agenda framework is now live, speaker slots and sponsored sessions are still open. We invite:

  • Experts interested in speaking on panels or leading workshops
  • Companies wishing to sponsor sessions, pitch forums, or networking moments
  • Organisations with innovative ideas that align with CEPIC’s mission and the 2026 theme

If you would like to take part, propose a topic, or explore sponsorship opportunities, please get in touch with us at cepic2026@cepic.org.

We’ll continue to update the programme as speakers are confirmed, so keep an eye on the website, and we look forward to welcoming you to Valencia for CEPIC 2026.
