The floor plan for the table area will be available in December 2025.

Delegates will have access to their tables from Wednesday 6 May to Friday 8 May 2026, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM each day.

To book a table, you’ll first need to register your delegate ticket. Once your delegate registration is complete, you can add a table right away.

Tables are priced at €515 for non-members and €410 for CEPIC members. If you’d like to display roll-ups, there’s an additional fee of €55.
