Make culture central in the EU Recovery | Open letter
In the open letter 110 pan-European cultural networks and associations, including CEPIC, call the European Union (EU) and EU member states to protect culture as part of the coronavirus recovery plans and dedicate at the very least 2% of national Recovery and Resilience Facility budget to culture and creative sectors.
Call of the cultural and creative industries
Next to similar EU level calls to consider culture in recovery programmes, CEPIC has co-signed a German call for the cultural and creative industries to be included in all EU support programmes and national development programmes as a driving force for the economy as a whole.
