CEPIC EGM: Membership Fees and Budget Approved for 2026

CEPIC held an Extraordinary General Meeting to present and vote on the proposed 2026 budget and the introduction of a new membership fee structure. The meeting opened with an address from CEPIC President Gilles Devicq, who thanked members for their engagement and outlined the importance of ensuring CEPIC remains sustainable, inclusive, and representative of the full diversity of the visual media industry.

A key focus of the meeting was the proposed new membership fee structure, which introduces a tiered model based on company size. The new structure is designed to encourage broader participation, support growth within the industry, and ensure long-term stability for the association. Members were also guided through the 2026 budget, including CEPIC’s planned activities, ongoing advocacy work, and strategic priorities. The budget aims to support CEPIC’s core mission, including policy engagement, industry events, research, and member services, while maintaining responsible financial management.

Following the discussion, the proposals were put to a vote. We are pleased to confirm that both the new membership fee structure and the 2026 budget were approved with unanimous “yes” votes from all national associations and associate members present. The new fee structure will come into effect from 2026.
