We’re pleased to share that following today’s Extraordinary General Meeting, all nominated candidates have been officially elected to the CEPIC Board for 2025–2027.
The new board will be led by Gilles Devicq, who takes over as President, succeeding Emily Shelley. Philippe François steps into the role of Vice President, while Sergi Griño will continue as Treasurer.
We’re delighted to welcome back Katherine Briggs, Paul Seheult, and Gilles Taquet for another term, and to officially include our former observing board members Luzia Strohmayer-Nacif and Magnus Wahman as full members. Joining them are two new faces, Petar Glebov and Helen Gudgeon, bringing fresh ideas and energy to the team.
Our sincere thanks go to Emily Shelley, departing President, for her leadership and contributions to CEPIC, and to Lars Modie, who steps down after an incredible 12.5 years of service on the board.

During the meeting, we also discussed a proposed change to the membership fee structure, introducing a sliding scale based on company size. This initiative aims to make CEPIC membership more accessible for smaller agencies and ensure a fairer system for all. You can preview the proposed fees in the meeting recording, and a follow-up meeting will be held before the end of the year to finalise these changes.
We’re excited about the year ahead and confident that this diverse and experienced board will continue to strengthen CEPIC’s mission in the visual media industry.
