It’s hard to believe that CEPIC 2025 wrapped up over two months ago! We are incredibly grateful for the enthusiastic participation and valuable feedback we received from all attendees, sponsors, and speakers. Your input is absolutely crucial in helping us improve, and we are pleased to share the highlights from this year’s event, as well as the improvements made based on your feedback from 2024.
One of the biggest changes we made this year was a complete overhaul of our booking platform. In 2024, we received mixed reviews about the platform, with an average rating of just 2.94 out of 5. We knew this needed to be improved, so we worked on the development of a custom-built system. We’re happy to report that this year’s platform received an average rating of 4.24, a huge improvement! While this was the first time using it, we’re already tweaking things for even easier ticket and table bookings for CEPIC 2026. We appreciate your patience and feedback as we work towards making this a seamless experience for everyone.
One of the most exciting new features at CEPIC 2025 was our speed dating sessions. We knew it would be a fun way to introduce new people to the event, but the feedback we received has blown us away! A huge shout-out to our board member Paul Seheult, who worked tirelessly to bring this concept to life. The speed dating sessions were praised as an excellent way to meet new contacts and connect with different parts of the industry. Many delegates said it helped them establish valuable new relationships, and we can’t wait to see how we can improve and expand these sessions in the future.
The average rating for catering in 2025 was 3.16, and we heard your feedback loud and clear. Many of you pointed out that there were limited options for vegetarians and vegans, the food was a bit repetitive, and there wasn’t enough variety, especially in terms of fresh, healthy options. In CEPIC 2026, we’re planning to offer a wider range of choices and possibly introduce an option for attendees to note dietary restrictions or allergies in advance. This will help us work closely with catering teams onsite to improve labelling and ensure a more diverse and informed food experience for everyone.
The question on many delegates’ minds this year was about the location of CEPIC. 23% of attendees expressed that they loved Juan-les-Pins and would like to see it remain the long-term location, while 41.2% felt that while they liked it, they'd prefer a rotating location each year. This feedback has given our board something to think about, and we’re currently reviewing options for CEPIC 2026. We will, of course, keep you updated on the final decision about location, dates, and the theme for next year’s event!
