The CEPIC Annual General Meeting will take place:
on 04. June 2019 from 13h to 18h
at the Photononstop office, which is also the registered address of CEPIC in France:
46 rue de la Mare, 75020 Paris
The AGM is open to CEPIC members.
Following Article 11 of the CEPIC Statutes, all Members as well as Associate Members are invited to participate in a General Meeting but only Members hold a voting right.
The CEPIC Annual General Meeting provides the opportunity for members to exchange views on CEPIC's lobbying activities in Brussels and on the CEPIC Congress and make plans for up-coming activities. The balance sheet of the closing year is presented to the members.
This year, the final act of the CEPIC AGM will be the elections of a new board.
During Congress, topics on CEPIC lobbying activities are presented (see below for more details). We strongly recommend you to pencil the dates and times and your agenda and attend these events.
Notices and agenda as well as all necessary documents for the meetings will be sent by May 8th.

Legal Workshop and Strategic Workshop with Round Tables
After the EU Copyright Directive
This is a legal workshop proposing three topics of discussions around the topics of the implementation if the EU Copyright Directive. After a short introduction of the issues and ensuing questions, topics will be brainstormed in smaller groups (tables) Topics are: 1) Neighbouring Rights 2) CMOs and the management of Digital Rights 3) Open Data and Public Domain. Leaded by a moderator, specialised lawyers and interested non-professionals will discuss and work out strategies for the future (60 to 75 minutes). The results of the round tables are presented at the end of the sessions in a syntesised form to a larger audience (45 minutes to 60 minutes including Q& A)
