Questionnaire on EU Public Consultation
The European Commission is considering re-opening the E-commerce Directive.
Amongst other things this Directive provides for the neutrality of internet and service providers with regards to illegal content as well as for a notice and take down procedure.
In time of increasing internet piracy, picture agencies are concerned by any change of the Directive.
In order to provide for a common response from CEPIC, a questionnaire in the form of a survey has been sent to our affiliates and National Associations.
Thank you for taking your time and supporting CEPIC and the industry in this important matter.
