Cordon Press Acquires Latinstock Spain

Cordón Press (www.cordonpress.com), Spain’s number one editorial agency, has just announced the acquisition of Latinstock Spain (www.latinstock.es) for an undisclosed amount.

Latinstock Spain, which was established in Madrid in 1989, distributes major international RM and RF image and footage collections, and it also offers Rights Clearance Services to advertising and corporate clients in Spain.

Founded more than 20 years ago, Cordon Press is Spain’s number one news agency, with particular strength in editorial field. The company has a reputation for quality imagery and leading customer service.

From a client’s perspective Cordon and Latinstock Spain will operate independently, keeping their own brands, websites and sales teams. They will however start sharing their know-how, expertise, client database, client information and contacts by cross-referencing through both companies.

This consolidating move will undoubtedly bring benefits for all contributors of both Cordón Press and Latinstock Spain and will leverage performance of the newly-created agency, which will be the major player in the Spanish market with expert teams and know-how in both editorial and commercial fields.
