    Mdina, also known as the "Silent City", is the old capital of Malta, a medieval town, with quiet narrow streets, situated in the centre of the Island. It commands a magnificent view of the Island.
    After a welcome glass in the gardens surrounding the fortified town, delegates will proceed through the Main Gate to Mesquida Square and enjoy cocktails in front of St-Paul Cathedral.
    Delegates may remain in the old town and reserve tables in one of the restaurants or go back with coaches or/ and taxis to the bay of St-Georges.
