Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY

If cancellation of the registration fee or/and of any optional event occurs :

  • Before the 29th of February 2008, the total amount will be refunded less 50 Euros for administrative expenses
  • From 01 to 31 March 2008, 75% of the amount will be refunded
  • From 01 to 30 April 2008 50% of the amount will be refunded
  • From 01 to 15 May 2008 25 % of the amount will be refunded
  • From 16 May 2008, no refund possible
