Regular Registration starts on 23 January 2012

The Christmas Offer is valid ONLY from 19 December 2011 to 18 January 2012

The CEPIC Christmas Offer allows any agency/organization to register three participants to the CEPIC Congress 2012 for the price of two. This offer is only valid for agencies that wish to register three participants.

If you wish to register four participants, please register three participants now using the Christmas offer and register the fourth participant for the regular registration fee from 23 January 2012 onwards. There will be no discounted rate for a fourth or fifth participant.

If you wish to register less than three participants, please register under the usual CEPIC member / non CEPIC member categories from 23 January 2012 onwards.

  • REGISTRATION AND VAT

The registration fees for the CEPIC Congress 2012 in London do not include VAT (20%).

  • DISCOUNTED FEE FOR CEPIC MEMBERS

CEPIC Members are either Affiliates of CEPIC or members of the following National Associations: AEAPAF, APPAI, BAPLA, BLF, BVPA, NL-IMAGE, SAB, SBF, SNAPIG.

In order to benefit from the discounted fee for CEPIC Members, the Membership fee for 2012 must have been paid. If the membership fee has not been paid by 04 May 2012, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually.

Friends of CEPIC are not entitled to receive a discounted fee.

  • DECREASING FEE STRUCTURE

We apply a decreasing fee structure per delegate, based on the number of delegates sent by one company, in one country, registered at the same time - or at least before the discount deadline. If a company decides, at a later date, to send more delegates, then the discounted rate will apply only to those registering later. The discount will NOT apply retroactively to those delegates already registered.

If the wrong fee has been applied, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your registration, tables and/or any other optional activity, the following cancellation policy applies:

* before 31 January 2012, the total amount will be refunded (less 50 Euros for administrative expenses)
* from 01 to 28 February 2012, 75% of the total amount will be refunded
* from 01 to 31 March 2012, 50% will be refunded
* from 01 to 30 April 2012, 25% will be refunded
* from 01 to 21 May 2012, no refund possible

If CEPIC is obliged to cancel the Event due to Force Majeure, there is no refund possible!

For Business Rooms and Exhibition Stands we apply the general Cancellation Policy.

  • PAYMENT

During the Christmas Offer only credit card payment is possible.

Payment is possible either by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or within two weeks upon receipt of the invoice.

Cheques are not accepted and will be returned.

Payments will not be regarded as paid until CEPIC's bank have cleared bank order. All Client's bank charges are payable by the Client and CEPIC must receive the exact same amount as per invoice.

If you wish to transfer the requested invoiced fee per bank transfer in Euros to our bank account in Germany, please use the exchange rate of 1,25. Other currencies or questions to the procedure, please contact us at london2012@cepic.org

  • OVERDUE NOTICE

A processing fee of £ 4 will be added for every overdue notice sent.

  • ON-SITE PAYMENT

All Congress invoices must be paid before Congress in order to provide access. Payment is possible on-site with credit card (VÍSA or MASTERCARD).

  • LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present agreement as well as any dispute arising from the participation of the event and payment liabilities are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
