Space for Exhibition Stands will be available to companies again this year.

The exhibition option is for companies who wish to have excellent brand exposure amongst the delegates, whilst at the same time having a base in which to conduct business meetings. The exhibition space is located in a high traffic area and comes with a table, chairs and a plasma screen on a stand for you to screen key messages, videos, logos etc. Banners are not permitted in the Table Area, therefore the exhibition stand is always a popular option.

We are happy to work with you to ensure that you maximise on this opportunity. Should you wish to have a larger space than standard for example – please email us so that we can work with you and reserve an area that will work best for you. Contact: Carola at c.briese@cepic.org

Prices for exhibition space (2 exhibition stand holders are included):

  • CEPIC members: £ 1.980
  • for Non-CEPIC members: £ 2.280

Price for Internet access (cable):

  • £ 100
