VAT and Cancellation Policy

  • VAT

CEPIC is not registered in Turkey and is not allowed to charge VAT on its invoices.

  • DISCOUNTED FEE FOR CEPIC MEMBERS

CEPIC Members are either Affiliates of CEPIC or members of the following National Associations: AEAPAF, APPAI, BAPLA, BLF, BVPA, NL-IMAGE, SAB, SBF, SAPHIR, SNAPIG.

In order to benefit fom the discounted fee for CEPIC Members, the Membership fee for 2011 must have been paid. If the membership fee has not been paid by 11 May 2011, either by the individual company or by the National Association, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually at Congress.

  • DECREASING FEE STRUCTURE

We apply a decreasing fee structure per delegate, based on the number of delegates sent by one company, in one country, registered at the same time - or at least before the discount deadline. If a company decides , at a later date, to send more delegates, then the discounted rate will apply only to those registering later. The discount will no apply retroactively to those delegates already registered.

If the wrong fee has been applied, CEPIC reserves the right to charge the difference of fee on a separate invoice issued manually.

  • CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you wish to cancel your registration, tables and/or any other optional activity, the following cancellation policy applies:

* before 31 January 2011, the total amount will be refunded (less 50 Euros for administrative expenses)
* from 01 to 28 February 2011, 75% of the total amount will be refunded
* from 01 to 31 March 2011, 50% will be refunded
* from 01 to 30 April 2011, 25% will be refunded
* from 01 to 21 May 2011, no refund possible
* If CEPIC is obliged to cancel the Event due to Force Majeure in the meaning of our contract with our provider in Turkey, there is no refund possible!

  • PAYMENT

Payment is possible either by Credit Card (VISA or Mastercard) or within two weeks upon receipt of the invoice. Cheques are not accepted and will be returned.

Payments will not be regarded as paid until CEPIC's bank have cleared bank order. All Client's bank charges are payable by the Client and CEPIC must receive the exact same amount as per invoice.

  • LAW AND JURISDICTION

The present agreement as well as any dispute arising from the participation of the event and payment liabilities are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
