Fees
Fees for the CEPIC Congress 2011 Istanbul
Fees were per delegate and covered four-day Congress attendance.
We applied a discount to CEPIC Members and to companies sending more than three delegates. One-day tickets were not possible. However, there was separate registration to the New Media Conference 2 for Non Congress participants.
Included in the Congress Delegates' Fees:
- Access to the Haliç Congress Center from Wednesday 18 May to Saturday 21 May (Exhibitor Stands, Table Area, Business Rooms, Panels and Meetings)
- Opening Reception on Wednesday 18 May
- Closing Annual Industry Party on Saturday 21 May
- CEPIC panels and seminars, international metadata conference
- Access to New Media Conference 2 on Saturday 21 May (A "commitment fee" of 20 € will be requested to reserve seat as the auditorium is limited to 266.)
- WLAN Internet in entire building
- Lunch on three days, coffee all day
- Participants List with full contact details
Not included in the Congress Delegates' Fees:
- Tables (optional to arrange meetings)
- Business Rooms (optional to arrange meetings)
- Optional Social Events with limited participation

- Trade Stands: two gratuities for exhibitors / CEPIC discount available
