The Havelock Area
For meetings we provided 100 tables on one floor in the Havelock Area of the Aviva stadium. In addition, for the first time, CEPIC was offering the possibility of renting state-of-the-art Trade Stands. This year Internet was included in the table fee.

- Table for CEPIC Members (Internet included): € 390 net
Table for Non CEPIC Members (Internet included): € 490 net - Opening Visiting Times: 9.00 - 18.00 h
- Registration: One delegate must at least be registered
TRADE STANDS
We offered 6 slots. Stands were reserved to Technology and Industry Providers.
- € 1.980 net for CEPIC Members
- € 2.200 net for Non CEPIC Members
The price for one slot includes:
- Space: 4 m²
- Internet
- LCD Screen
- Chairs; 2 power points (13 amp sockets)
- Entrance for 2 persons during the entire Congress

This year, we offered the possibility of renting 35 boxes in the Aviva Stadium, which were ideal for boardroom meetings, focus groups, seminars, training, interviews, press events, private dinner and lunch gatherings. Read more
