NEW: CEPIC Shuttle Bus Service

We have organised a return bus shuttle service from Taksim to our congress venue. The departure location of the shuttle bus is located off the Marmara Taksim.
It will start after the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 18th. From Thursday to Saturday we will be running a service that starts in the morning at 8 am and will bring delegates back to their hotel at the end of the working day. (See Programme)

Passes may be exchanged ; however they will have to be shown on every trip.

The CEPIC Congress is the largest global gathering of the international Photo Community with participants from all over the world and all fields of photography. It is a networking event with a conference programme and social activities on the side.
On 8 May we have 540 participants registered and counting!
540 delegates, 310 companies, 41 countries and five continents.
Asia is more strongly represented than ever before with, amongst others, no less than 12 Chinese companies, 10 Korean and 5 Japanese companies. In total we have 41 companies from Asia coming this year (42 if Turkey is counted as an Asian country) against 22 last year in Dublin.

CEPIC organised a return bus shuttle service from Taksim Square to the congress venue.
The shuttle service started after the Welcome Reception on Wednesday 18th. From Thursday to Saturday we were running a service that started in the morning at 8 am and brought delegates back to their hotel at the end of the working day. (See Programme)
A four day pass (seven trips) cost 40 € bought in advance. It was also be available for 55 € at the registration desk during the Congress.

Registration for the New Media Conference for non Congress participants has started on 18 March 2011 HERE.
Fee is 190 € for the conference. In addition, it is possible to purchase tickets for the Annual Industry Party for 100 €.

ByKaren SahoyLast year CEPIC offered for the first time Trade Stands to the congress and it proved to be extremely successful with very positive feedback from the trade stand holders. Trade Stands are for technology providers - it is an area specifically designed to promote your products.
This year, we are only offering 11 stands. Once again it will be in a high traffic area close to the registration desk. Everyone will pass these stands on their way to the table area and business rooms. The trade stands are set up in the very heart of the congress.

Fees were per delegate and covered four-day Congress attendance.
We applied a discount to CEPIC Members and to companies sending more than three delegates. One-day tickets were not possible. However, there was separate registration to the New Media Conference 2 for Non Congress participants.
