CEPIC’s annual Congress got off to a great start today as delegates from all over the world flocked to the beautiful seaside town of BIARRITZ in France to take advantage of the unparalleled networking opportunities on offer at this huge event. With almost 800 attendees from picture agencies from 51 countries, the CEPIC Congress is the biggest event of its kind in the world.
